It seems like just yesterday that Destiny was released to the world, and it's amazing to think that it was released in 2014. Since then, gamers around the world have been enjoying Destiny. However, these are the same gamers who may not be aware of these ten things about the game.

1. THE SPARTAN BUILDING

Okay, this one may be well known in the Destiny universe. However, it's worth mentioning in case you didn't know. In the game, on Mars, there is a building that looks a lot like an infamous character. You'll know which building I'm talking about because if you look at it closely, it looks exactly like Master Chief's helmet.

2. HIDDEN DESTINY LOGO

In the opening cinematic of Destiny, you can see a hidden logo of the game. The screen then moves to a close-up of a footprint, and if you look closely enough, you'll see the Destiny logo!

3. THE WISE

Let's be honest for a second, who really likes those despicable bastards in Destiny? Wizards are extremely annoying, but did you know that they're actually women? The whole time you were yelling at them, you didn't know you were doing it to a woman!

4. VEX

Not all VEX are the same, and as we understand it, they are a network of thoughts and are unified. However, one particular example that disproves this is the Hezen Corrector. This is a sub-type of Vex, and is distinct from other Vex in its behavior.

5. OPENING DOORS WITH YOUR GHOST

You probably know that you can open doors with your ghost, but did you know that there are some doors that you can only open this way? You can find amazing things behind these doors, but don't count on it too often.

6. THE AXION SEEKERS

Normally, the Warlock's Axion Bolt grenade explodes and searches for its targets. However, did you know that if you sit down in time, you can make her look ridiculous? It literally won't know where you are, and will only circle you. Of course, it will eventually hit you.

7. WATCH YOUR SHIP BEING STORED

If you want to see your ship being stored after you land on the tower, you have to be quick. All you have to do is run quickly to the hangar bay and wait a few seconds. If you do this fast enough, you will see your ship being stored!

8. DEAD SOULS

No doubt you've seen this happen countless times, but I wonder if you really know what's going on? If you manage to kill a Fallen One accurately, you will see a white mist coming out of his body. But did you know that this white mist is supposed to symbolize the escape of their soul?

9. COURT OF CHAMPIONS

If you don't know what I'm getting at, don't worry, I'm here to enlighten you. While you are checking your ship, go to the entrance of the tower. You will pass a Greek writing on the floor, and chances are you didn't know it was there. The writing says Atrium Propugnatorum, and that roughly translates to "court of champions".

10. RESPECT FOR DARK SOULS

Bungie has made no secret of the fact that Destiny was inspired by Dark Souls. However, did you know that they pay homage to them in Destiny? They do so with several in-game items and one of them, in particular, is the Ghost Angel Cloak.
