Since the failure of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Activision has apologized to fans with Modern Warfare Remastered. Whether you're looking forward to the classic action or are a new COD player, everyone agrees that this remastered edition is a triumphant return to form.
CALL OF DUTY: MODERN WARFARE AVAILABLE EARLY; INFINITE WARFARE FANS EXCITED
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered is available to play 30 days early, starting this very second. However, this is only for PS4 players who have pre-purchased COD: Infinite Warfare Legacy, Legacy Pro or Digital Deluxe. Owners of "Infinite Warfare" should be thrilled. The game didn't hit the mark with the COD fanbase with its futuristic new direction. Activision reacts by offering a new version of an old classic.
CALL OF DUTY: MODERN WARFARE SAVES THE DAY: WHAT HAPPENED TO INFINITE WARFARE?
Last May, Activision released a preview of Call of Duty: Infinite War. To say that the YouTube video received a bad review is an understatement. People hated it. With over 9.2 million views, the majority had something negative to say about the franchise. Fans say Modern Warfare is the last great COD game. Since then, the franchise has taken a strange turn. Futuristic technology and aliens are not what COD fans want. They want an exciting game and a good story in a modern setting. Activision understood this. Hence the remastering of MW.
FORGET INFINITE WARFARE: CALL OF DUTY MODERN WARFARE RETURNS TO GLORY.
COD 4: MW was released ten years ago. Hard to believe, right? Since then, MW is the title that brought COD from World War II to the modern era and beyond. The game features a classic narrative and legendary missions like "Shock and Awe," "All Ghillied Up" and "Charlie Don't Surf." In addition, players can't wait to experience the fun again with this new version. It features enhanced textures, dynamic lighting, advanced rendering and more. This highly anticipated release will bring a new generation of fans into the COD franchise. Let's hope it's not spoiled by aliens.
